1. No Refund Policy
All products are custom-made based on customer requirements.
Once an order is placed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. No Changes After Production
Customers may request changes only before production begins.
Once production work has started, no changes, modifications, or cancellations will be accepted.
3. Order Confirmation Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Review all details (design, size, text, specifications) before placing the order
Ensure all provided information is accurate
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
4. Exceptions
We will only take responsibility in the following cases:
Product is completely different from the confirmed order
In such cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
