These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of custom-made products ("Products") offered by the Seller. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
All Products are made based on specifications provided by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all details, including text, design, dimensions, and other customization elements, are accurate at the time of order.
Where applicable, mock-ups or proofs may be provided for approval. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
All orders must be confirmed with full or partial payment as specified by the Seller. Production will begin only after payment confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity, quantity, and availability of materials. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the Seller will make reasonable efforts to inform the Customer.
Delivery timelines are separate from production timelines. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon dispatch.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made Products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the Seller.
Minor variations in color, size, texture, or design may occur between the final Product and any previews or samples. These variations are inherent to custom production and shall not be considered defects.
The Customer warrants that any content provided (such as logos, text, or images) does not infringe on any third-party rights. The Seller shall not be liable for any infringement claims arising from Customer-provided content.
The Seller retains the right to use images of completed Products for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the Product purchased. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws.
The Seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will apply to all future orders.
